Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RAX Development ("we", "us", or "our") website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RAX Development's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on RAX Development's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Digital Products

All digital products purchased from RAX Development are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to its intended purpose. Redistribution of purchased products is strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Expiry and Access

Some products may have an expiry date as specified at the time of purchase. After the expiry date, access to download links will be revoked. It is your responsibility to download purchased products before they expire.

5. Digital Service & No Refund Policy

By purchasing any product from RAX Development, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
• RAX Development provides DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY - no physical goods are sold
• Products are available for immediate download after purchase
• Once a product is purchased and downloaded, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances
• You waive your right to request refunds for digital products
• Refunds will NOT be provided for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Product compatibility issues
  • Failure to use or download the product
  • Dissatisfaction with product quality
  • Technical difficulties on your end

Cancellation Requests: You may submit a cancellation request for your order, however, cancellations are at the sole discretion of RAX Development and are typically only considered if the product has NOT been downloaded. Once downloaded, cancellation requests will be automatically denied. If you experience technical issues with a product, please contact our support team for assistance, but refunds will not be provided.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RAX Development and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RAX Development, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
