Needed a gang turf script before our summer launch and RAX had it done early. Checked in every day too which I wasn't used to from other devs. Pop doubled the first week, can't really complain

our last dev took a deposit and disappeared for 3 weeks so I was pretty skeptical going in. RAX picked up the mess — qbcore, jobs, vps tuning, everything. we opened on the date we promised our discord and nothing major broke. players actually commented that stuff just worked. worth the money

One of my staff pushed a bad resource update and we thought we lost everything. The backups RAX set up had us back online in like 20 min. mysql + files. if you don't have backups configured do it NOW lol
Andre
Admin menu is clean and logging goes straight to our discord like we asked. Took longer than the first quote but tbf we kept adding stuff mid project. happy with how it turned out
sammi
webhook logging for mod actions. done in a day. no notes
Cole
We outgrew the starter vps tier and I was scared to migrate cause I didn't wanna wipe the server. RAX moved us up with zero downtime and tick rate is noticeably better at peak now. if ur on a budget host and lagging at 40+ players just switch honestly

solid build, housing police economy all there. housing ran a few days late but he kept us in the loop the whole time so whatever. would use again for scripts
Hannah
pma-voice submixes sound so much better now, radio and phone actually feel different in game. took an extra day because our old voice config was a disaster (not his fault) and he got on a call and walked me through every convar. would hire again

routing buckets for apartments finally work. no more hearing people thru walls in different units lmaooo
Jason
Texture loss and people falling through the map had been killing us for MONTHS. Every other dev we asked just said clear your cache and moved on. RAX actually went through our asset packs, found an artifact version mismatch, and stripped out duplicate MLOs. Stable at 120+ pop now. Took about a week of back and forth but it got done right.

economy script works and the anti exploit stuff is solid. only thing is I wish there was more written docs upfront, had to ask questions in discord a few times. still happy with it
Austin
qbox migration went way smoother than expected. txadmin configured, resources moved, and he hung around our discord the first week catching lil bugs. respect

security audit found 6 exploitable events we had NO idea about. one of them could've wiped econ. feel way better opening to public now
Priya
The tebex vip automation does work now. But it took longer than the timeline we agreed on and I had to follow up a couple times for updates. end result is fine, communication could be better

We had 40+ qb-menu interactions and players complained about clicking through lists constantly. RAX converted everything to ox_target over about 10 days. FPS actually went up because we got to drop two bloated menu resources. Writing a long review because the job turned out bigger than quoted and he didn't charge extra when the scope crept. That's rare.
rache
hit our opening date which was the whole point. few small bugs week one but patched fast
Omar
police MDT hooked into our dispatch and records. runs fine, he even fixed edge cases we never thought of
Ethan
vps is a huge upgrade from zap, not gonna lie. only reason it's not 5 stars is I wanted more hand holding on the txadmin setup, but when I did ask support replied same day
Kayla
Did the Dev standby thing for a month while we ran ads and grew the discord. Script broke at 2am? hotfixed same night. Players whining about job payouts? tweaked next day. All without me having to learn lua. It's not cheap but we couldn't have grown without it.
Devin
resmon spikes way down, tick rate up. price felt a little steep for a one time pass but the before/after speaks for itself
B_Hutch
esx to qbcore, painless, players happy. that's it that's the review
Nina
performance and ping are definitely better after migrating. but scheduling across timezones was a pain and our first call got moved. server runs well now so I'll give 3, would be 4 if setup went smoother
Tyler
bank heist script is exactly what our crime server needed. one bug on launch night, fixed within a few hours. good overall
Marcus
This is the third FiveM Dev we've hired and the first one that actually finished the job. Full qbcore build, custom branding, support channel in discord. Responds fast, doesn't overpromise, tells you straight up when something isn't worth doing. 4 months in and we're still running the same stack he built.
